William Hardy was born in Baltimore and never left Maryland. He has many creative impulses, most of which seem to have something to do with storytelling of one sort or another. His professional accomplishments have included art and illustration, carpentry and picture framing, video production and stage performances, and lots and lots of writing. He has raised children and pets and fallen in love. He resides in the exurbs of the DC-Baltimore region with his wife and the best neighbors. You'll find him behind the keyboard most of the time, but when he steps away from writing you might find him by a roadside diner with coffee and a slice of pie, taking photos of old architecture in the city, watching vintage episodes of Lost in Space or Star Trek, and going for a walk along the river that runs near his house.
